RMA(Return Material Authorization)

If you have doubts with goods supplied by us, please contact the correspondent sales representatives and provide the following documents for us to provide you with timely solutions.

1) Send us a quality test report so that we can immediately contact relevant suppliers for consultation on quality issues and eliminate potential risks.

2) The NTEMALL committee will provide you with proactive solutions/solutions within 24 hours of receiving the customer's RMA.

3) For sample testing, we need customers to provide products with questions and submit them to the original manufacturer or third-party authoritative testing agency for detailed testing and analysis to identify the root cause of quality issues and provide more effective solutions for quality risks.

4) If the goods are confirmed to be defective, the NTEMALL Technology Limited committee will fully recall the goods and bear all transportation costs.
